As the weather often keeps us indoors this time of year, and the little ones are pushing the limits of their playroom, consider a trip to the New England Aquarium in Boston! We do recommend buying your tickets to the Aquarium ahead of time as they can sell out.
Getting There
With 5 round trips, daily – there is flexibility in our schedule to accommodate your travel needs. Keeping in mind their hours of operation (we recommend checking these before you travel) and time needed to complete the last mile connection. The Amtrak Downeaster will conveniently drop you off at North Station, where you will get on the green line and take the subway to Government Center. It is then just a short 10 minute walk. If you prefer to skip the T and the walk all together, grabbing an Uber or Lyft from North Station is always easy.
The Aquarium and the Simons Theatre are located at 1 Central Wharf in Boston. We recommend reviewing and saving directions from your starting point in advance.
If you prefer to walk, the entire walk is under 1 mile. Click here for a map.
Children’s Discount
All children ages 2-12 travel 50% off – everyday. If you have one or multiple kiddos, the discount applies to each ticketed child. Children under 2 are free. No promo code required. We’ve made it easy, and affordable for families to enjoy new and memorable experiences on board the train while connecting everyone to people and places they enjoy. It’s your turn to experience the wonder!
