Durham-UNH Station

The station is located at 3 Depot Road in Durham, New Hampshire, directly on the University of New Hampshire campus.

The Downeaster platform in Durham is outdoors and located on the campus of the University of New Hampshire (UNH), adjacent to the UNH Whittemore Center Arena/Wildcat Stadium. The nearby Amtrak self-service ticketing kiosk is open 6:00 am to 8:00 pm daily.

Metered and permit parking is available in the adjacent Town-operated Depot Street Lot for $1.50 per hour or $18 per day (up to 5 days).

Winter Parking Ban: From January 1 to April 1, parking is prohibited between midnight and 6am in most lots. If you are returning on the late train (“Event Nite”), consider using Edgewood Rd Visitor Lot, Sage Way Visitor Lot, or Depot Lot (town-owned). More information can be found here.
